How billing works
- Every plan is a subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel, and canceling leaves access running to the end of the period you paid for.
- Monthly plans are billed monthly by card. Annual plans are billed once for the year and cost two months less than twelve monthly payments.
- Capture can be paid by invoice, and Enterprise is invoiced against a purchase order.
- Changing plan takes effect on the existing subscription and is prorated, so you are never billed twice for the same month.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your jurisdiction applies.

Which plan fits your company

Bid Desk. One profile, the federal record, and a ranked digest each morning. Most single-line contractors never need more than this.

Is there a plan at no cost
No. Every plan is a paid subscription, because the product costs money to run every day of the month. Bid Match runs on this site without payment and without a signup, so you can see the scoring before you decide.
Can I change plan later
Yes. Moving between Bid Desk and Capture changes your existing subscription and is prorated. Nothing is charged twice and nothing is lost from your board.
What happens if I cancel
Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Your saved searches and bid history stay exportable until that date.
Do you charge per seat
No. Seats are included in the plan: 3 on Bid Desk, 15 on Capture, unlimited on Enterprise. Adding a colleague does not change your bill.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order
Capture can be paid by card or invoice. Enterprise is invoiced annually and works with purchase orders and a security review.
