We do not collect special category personal data and we do not want it. We do not ask for proposal text, pricing models or anything marked controlled or classified.

4. Who else processes your data

We use a small number of processors to run the service, each under a contract that limits them to our instructions.

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • An email delivery provider for codes, digests and reminders
  • A payment processor for card payments and invoices
  • Error and performance monitoring

One narrow product function sends the text of a public solicitation and the relevant fields of your profile to a language model in order to write the plain English explanation of a match. It is not used to train anyone's model and the scoring itself does not depend on it.

We never sell your data, never pool your profile into a shared dataset and never share it with another customer. We disclose data to an authority only where the law requires it.

5. What you can ask us to do

  • Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your account and the data in it
  • Export your profile, searches and board before you go
  • Object to or restrict a particular use
  • Withdraw consent for marketing email at any time

Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it.

6. Cookies

We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in, to keep the service secure and to remember your preferences. We use a small amount of privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages lead to useful signups. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build profiles of visitors for anyone else.

7. International transfers

Our processors may handle data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law provides for such transfers, and we choose processors that offer them.

8. Children

The service is sold to companies and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes and complaints

We update this policy when the service changes, and the date at the top always shows the current version. If you think we have handled your data badly, write to us first at [email protected], and you keep the right to complain to your data protection authority.
