RFPMart pricing and RFPMart cost per category and per state

RFPMart sells access one slice at a time. A single category costs 30 to 55 USD a month or 300 to 540 USD a year, the US Federal category is the cheapest at 30 USD a month or 300 USD a year, and a single US state costs 200 to 350 USD a year. The all categories plans, with or without API access, show a price only after you log in, and single RFP documents can be bought one at a time.

That pricing suits a firm that bids one narrow kind of work, such as web design or call center services. It adds up fast for a company that needs several categories or several states, and none of it ranks which notices are worth a bid.

How much does RFPMart cost?

RFPMart costs 30 USD per month or 300 USD per year for its US Federal category, 35 USD a month or 350 USD a year for most industry categories, and 50 to 55 USD a month for web, software, marketing, AI, call center and data entry categories. A single US state costs 200 to 350 USD a year. All categories plans are priced after login.

RFPMart plan Monthly price Annual price
US Federal category 30 USD 300 USD
Standard category, for example IT services or construction 35 USD 350 USD
Web, software, marketing or AI category 50 USD 500 USD
Call center, data entry or global services 55 USD 540 USD
One US state, every category Yearly only 200 to 350 USD
All categories, with or without API After login After login

These prices come from RFPMart's own subscription page, checked on October 19, 2026. Most states cost 250 USD a year, Mississippi 200 USD, New Jersey 300 USD, and Alaska, California, Massachusetts, New York and Washington 350 USD. The web category covers web design, mobile apps, software, SEO and social media, marketing and branding, and AI. Payment runs through PayPal by default.

What an RFPMart subscription includes

A category or state subscription lets you download every RFP posted under that category or location for the length of the subscription, with no extra charge per document. RFPMart lists government RFPs, bids, RFQs, RFIs and tenders from US federal and state buyers, Canadian provinces and several other countries.

  • Category or location filters. About 80 industry categories, from web design and software to construction, janitorial and insurance, plus state and country filters.
  • Listings with deadlines. Each listing shows a title, a posted date and a deadline. Listings carry RFPMart's own reference codes, and many titles do not name the agency until you open the record.
  • Single document purchases. Without a subscription you can pay for one RFP document at a time. The price per document is not published on the listing pages.
  • API access. The all categories plans come in a version with API access, priced after login, for firms that want the feed inside their own tools.

What it does not include is any judgment about fit. There is no score, no check of whether a set-aside excludes your company and no award history to show who won the last contract. RFPMart's own terms also warn that content may contain "delays, omissions or inaccuracies".

How RFPMart billing, cancellation and refunds work

RFPMart subscriptions renew automatically on each billing date. There is no minimum commitment: you can cancel anytime from your PayPal account or by contacting support before the billing period ends.

Refunds are the part to read twice. RFPMart states that all recurring subscription fees are non-refundable and that there is no partial refund after a monthly or annual subscription starts, so cancelling an annual plan in month two only stops the next renewal. No free trial is listed. The terms also set a mandatory 100 USD fee for chargebacks they treat as fraudulent, so dispute a charge with RFPMart support first.

Is RFPMart legit?

RFPMart is a real paid RFP aggregator run by RFPMart LLC, with published prices and a working subscription system, so it is not a scam in the sense of taking money for nothing. The fair criticism is that it republishes public notices, which are free at the issuing agency, and that it has very few independent reviews.

That is the test to run before you pay. Take three listings in your category, find the same notices on SAM.gov or the state portal, and compare dates and documents. If RFPMart found them sooner or in places you were not watching, the fee buys reach. If you were already seeing them, it buys nothing new.

What RFPMart costs for a typical small contractor

The slice pricing is cheap for one narrow lane and expensive when you need breadth. A few real combinations from the published price list:

Your situation RFPMart subscription Price per year
Web design agency bidding public sector websites nationwide Web Design category 500 USD
IT services firm bidding federal and Virginia work US Federal category plus Virginia 550 USD
Construction company working Texas and Oklahoma Two states 500 USD
Facilities firm covering California, New York and federal Two 350 USD states plus US Federal 1,000 USD
Software firm wanting software, IT services and federal Software (500) plus IT services (350) plus US Federal (300) 1,150 USD

Past three or four slices, the all categories plan is likely to be the better buy, but its price is only visible after you register. Ask for it before you stack categories.

RFPMart compared with other bid services

Service What it does best Published or reported price
RFPMart Category by category RFP downloads, US and international 30 to 55 USD a month per category, 200 to 350 USD a year per state
FindRFP Cheap keyword alerts across US and Canadian public buyers 19.95 to 29.95 USD a month, see FindRFP pricing
BidNet Direct State and local bids by region with document access From about 599 USD a year for one state, see BidNet Direct pricing
BidPrime Daily state, local and federal bid alerts Quoted, reported at 1,500 to 3,000 USD a year for regional plans, see BidPrime cost
FederalContracts Federal notices scored out of 100 against your company, with the reason and the deadline 129 USD a month or 768 USD a year on Bid Desk

Where RFPMart wins: low entry price for one category and coverage outside the US. A web design studio that only wants public sector website RFPs, or a firm that bids in Canada or abroad, gets a narrow feed for a few hundred dollars a year. Once one of those contracts is signed, the renewal and option dates belong in contract management software, not in an inbox full of RFP alerts.

Where it falls short is federal work. A federal notice is usually titled by a project number or a product code, the set-aside decides whether you can bid at all, and the incumbent and the wage determination decide whether you should. A category feed hands you every notice in the category. It does not tell you which three of forty deserve a bid.

What FederalContracts costs instead

FederalContracts does one job for companies that bid federal work: it reads every new SAM.gov solicitation in full the morning after it posts, scores it out of 100 against your trades, NAICS codes, set-asides and states, and sends the best fits first with the reason for each score.

  • Bid Desk, 129 USD a month or 768 USD a year. Federal solicitations, 1 company profile, 3 seats, 5 saved searches, a daily ranked digest, deadline reminders and 3 years of competitor award history.
  • Capture, 349 USD a month or 2,088 USD a year. Federal solicitations plus New York City bids from the City Record, 5 business lines, 15 seats and full award history with exports.

Bid Desk costs more than an RFPMart category, and it should if SAM.gov is where your revenue comes from: you pay for the reading, the ranking and the set-aside check, not for the download. If your buyers are cities and counties outside New York, we are the wrong tool, and state and local government bids shows where those notices post. Government contract alerts explains how the federal digest is built, and every plan feature is on pricing.

How much is RFPMart per month?

RFPMart is 30 USD per month for the US Federal category, 35 USD per month for most industry categories and 50 to 55 USD per month for web, software, marketing, AI, call center, data entry and global services categories. State subscriptions are sold yearly only, at 200 to 350 USD. All categories monthly plans are priced after login.

Does RFPMart have a free trial?

No free trial is listed on RFPMart's subscription page. You pay for a monthly or annual category or state plan, or buy single RFP documents one at a time. Subscription fees are non-refundable and there is no partial refund after a plan starts, so a monthly category plan is the cheapest way to test it.

How do I cancel RFPMart?

You cancel RFPMart from your PayPal account, under automatic payments, or by contacting RFPMart support before the billing period ends. There is no minimum commitment, but cancelling does not refund the current period. On an annual plan, cancel before the renewal date to avoid another full year charge.

Is RFPMart worth it for federal contracts?

RFPMart is worth it for federal contracts only if you want a cheap download feed and will sort the notices yourself. The US Federal category costs 300 USD a year, but every notice in it is also free on SAM.gov. What a federal contractor pays for is triage: set-aside checks, fit and deadlines.

What are the alternatives to RFPMart?

The main alternatives to RFPMart are FindRFP and BidNet Direct for low cost state and local bid alerts, BidPrime for broader daily alerts, HigherGov and GovTribe for research databases with award history, and ranked federal bid lists such as FederalContracts for companies whose work comes from SAM.gov.
