ConstructConnect pricing and ConstructConnect cost per market and seat

ConstructConnect sells its project finding product, Project Intelligence, in three plans. Starter costs 129 USD a month per market and per seat, Professional starts at 199 USD a month per market and per seat on an annual contract, and Premium starts at 10,000 USD a year and is quoted by a sales rep. The price scales with markets and people, so a three person estimating team in two metro areas pays for six seats.

ConstructConnect is built for commercial construction projects and takeoff. If your work comes from federal solicitations on SAM.gov, the numbers below show what that tool costs and where a ranked federal list fits next to it.

How much does ConstructConnect cost?

ConstructConnect Project Intelligence costs 129 USD a month per market and seat on Starter, from 199 USD a month per market and seat on Professional with an annual contract, and from 10,000 USD a year on Premium. Starter gets 10% off when billed annually. Takeoff software is priced separately, from 1,200 USD a year per seat.

These prices come from ConstructConnect's own pricing page, checked on October 31, 2026. The page asks for your name, company and work email before it shows plan detail.

ConstructConnect contract terms and cancellation

Only Project Intelligence Starter is available month to month. Professional and the takeoff products are sold on annual agreements, with quarterly billing offered as an option on some. ConstructConnect states that mid-term cancellation does not earn a refund, that a subscription cannot be paused and that unused time is not refunded. A guided proof of value is offered for Professional and Takeoff before you commit.

That makes the first month on Starter the cheap way to test, and the annual contract the real decision. Ask for the proof of value first, check your own trade and metro area, and sign the annual term only after the project list matches what you bid.

What ConstructConnect costs for a small trade contractor or a team

Because pricing is per market and per seat, count both before you compare.

Your situation ConstructConnect cost Per year
One estimator, one metro, Starter monthly 12 x 129 USD 1,548 USD
One estimator, one metro, Starter billed annually 12 x 129 USD less 10% 1,393.20 USD
One estimator, one metro, Professional 12 x 199 USD at least 2,388 USD
Three estimators, one metro, Professional 3 x 2,388 USD at least 7,164 USD
Two markets, one estimator, Professional 2 x 2,388 USD at least 4,776 USD
Multi market team Premium, quoted From 10,000 USD

These are minimums, since Professional is listed as "starting at". Takeoff for one estimator adds 1,200 to 2,200 USD a year.

ConstructConnect compared with other ways to find bids

Service What it does best Published or reported price
ConstructConnect Commercial construction projects with plans, plan holder lists and takeoff From 129 USD a month per market and seat, Professional from 199 USD
Bid Banana All 50 state public bid search with fit ranking 479.99 USD a year per person, see Bid Banana pricing
BidNet Direct State and local bids by region From about 599 USD a year for one state, see BidNet Direct pricing
GovTribe Federal research database From 1,500 USD a year, see GovTribe pricing
FederalContracts Federal notices scored out of 100 against your trades, with the reason and the deadline 129 USD a month or 768 USD a year on Bid Desk, 3 seats

Where ConstructConnect wins: private and public commercial projects before they bid, plan rooms, plan holder lists to find your competitors and general contractors, and takeoff in the same account. A subcontractor who prices from plans and sells to general contractors needs that, and a federal list does not replace it.

Where it is weaker for federal work: a federal paving, roofing or electrical job is often a presolicitation with a project number title and a set-aside that decides whether you can bid at all. The ranked list is built for that check, and our government construction contracts page shows what posts by trade.

What FederalContracts costs instead

FederalContracts does one job for companies whose revenue comes from SAM.gov: it reads every new federal solicitation in full the morning after it posts, scores it out of 100 against your trades, NAICS codes, set-asides and states, and sends the best fits first with the reason for each score.

  • Bid Desk, 129 USD a month or 768 USD a year. Federal solicitations, 1 company profile, 3 seats, 5 saved searches, a daily ranked digest, deadline reminders and 3 years of competitor award history.
  • Capture, 349 USD a month or 2,088 USD a year. Federal solicitations plus New York City bids from the City Record, 5 business lines, 15 seats and full award history with exports.

Three Bid Desk seats cost 768 USD a year, while three ConstructConnect Professional seats in one metro cost at least 7,164 USD. The tools do different jobs, so many trade contractors keep a commercial plan room and add a federal list for the SAM.gov side. Trade pages such as government roofing contracts, government electrical contracts and government paving contracts show the notices a federal list catches. When a federal job is won, the subcontractor and supplier invoices that follow are easier to handle with automated vendor invoice processing. See plans and pricing for every feature.

Is ConstructConnect free?

ConstructConnect is not free. Project Intelligence Starter costs 129 USD a month per market and seat, and Professional starts at 199 USD a month. ConstructConnect offers a guided proof of value on Professional and Takeoff, but it is a sales led demo, not a self-serve free trial.

Does ConstructConnect have a free trial?

ConstructConnect lists a proof of value for Project Intelligence Professional and its takeoff products, run by its team, instead of a self-serve free trial. Starter is available month to month, so it is the lowest cost way to test the product with your own trade and location before an annual contract.

Can I cancel ConstructConnect anytime?

Only on Starter, which is month to month. ConstructConnect states that Professional and takeoff subscriptions run for the full term, that mid-term cancellations are not eligible for a refund and that subscriptions cannot be paused. Decide on the annual agreement only after the project list matches your trade.

Does ConstructConnect charge per user?

Yes. Project Intelligence is priced per market and per seat, and Takeoff Professional is 2,200 USD a year for the first seat and 1,700 USD for each added seat. A team that bids in two metro areas pays for each market separately, which is why a three person team can cost several times the headline price.

What are the alternatives to ConstructConnect?

Alternatives depend on where your bids come from. For state and local bids, Bid Banana and BidNet Direct are common. For federal work, GovTribe and HigherGov are research databases, and ranked federal bid lists such as FederalContracts suit trade contractors who bid on SAM.gov solicitations.
